At Kreavo, every product is made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized with your design, text, photo, or other customizations, they cannot be resold.

Personalized Products

All custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Laser engraved products

• Crystal photo engravings

• Glass engravings

• Personalized metal products

• Custom gifts

• Business and promotional products

Before We Produce Your Order

Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photos, and personalization details before placing your order. You are responsible for ensuring the information provided is correct.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the problem is caused by us, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

Shipping Damage

If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please take photos before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
