These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the Kreavo website. Kreavo is a brand operated by Foto Americaine. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Personalized Products

All products are made to order according to the customer's specifications. Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, photos, and personalization details before completing your order.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

4. Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

5. Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to complete every order as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to production workload, material availability, or shipping services.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and high-quality images where applicable. Kreavo is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or low-quality files provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

By uploading text, images, logos, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their submitted content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

10. Product Variations

Natural materials such as wood, leather, crystal, glass, acrylic, and metal may vary slightly in color, texture, grain, or engraving appearance. These natural variations are normal and are not considered defects.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where required by applicable law.

12. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing, customer support, and legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
